I've spent over fifteen years building HR from the inside — not consulting from the sidelines. Each step up meant moving further from the tactical and closer to the strategic: from executing policy to shaping it, from handling individual cases to setting the direction for how an entire organization thinks about its people. That shift showed up in real outcomes — revamping a performance management program, standardizing the employee relations investigation process, and guiding three acquisitions through fair, thoughtful integrations. I later led Global Mobility as the company planned expansions into Eastern Europe and South America. Along the way, I 

also helped Google's campus cafe operations scale from 650 to 1,200 employees in a single year.  Since founding Foresight HR in 2012, I've brought that same hands-on approach to tech companies and nonprofits — designing performance systems, rewriting risky handbooks into plain language, coaching leaders through hard conversations, and building the kind of workplace culture people actually want to stay for.

Running two businesses of my own has taught me as much as any client engagement has. I've learned to stay agile and responsive to the economic and social ebbs and flows every business rides through, without losing the high-touch approach my clients have come to rely on.
